What you will learn

In this program, participants will discover how scientists can create impact through entrepreneurship. beyond conventional consulting, we will work closely with you to turn aspirations into achievable goals by aligning scientific expertise with entrepreneurial skills.

The first phase focuses on building high-performing teams, essential project development skills, public-private partnerships, intellectual property, and investment strategies.

The second phase features group sessions and personalized coaching, allowing participants to apply practical methods for market research, technology roadmaps, business models, and stakeholder management.

This collaborative setting encourages mutual learning, knowledge exchange and cooperation, enriching the collective experience.
