Throughout this program, a dedicated digital workspace will be tailor-made for your university. This platform will facilitate direct connections between groups of students and companies, presenting practical case studies spanning from several weeks to months. By engaging with real-life cases, students will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and enrich their professional experience.

What to expect

The program establishes an essential link between students and local SMEs, propelling their education beyond the classroom walls. Through active engagement, students delve into authentic, real-life cases furnished by SMEs, integrating practical experiences into their learning journey. This hands-on approach cultivates professional skills and augments their expertise. The tasks given by companies are various and go from creating websites to improving web-shops management thanks to artificial intelligence.

 

What we provide

The establishment of the workspace requires a span of several months. Our experts and founders dedicate time on-site to gain a deeper grasp of the local context, facilitating connections with university stakeholders and local SMEs. We prioritize the establishment of a robust local network. Subsequently, some aspects of workspace development are managed remotely, maintaining consistent communication with local stakeholders.

Our comprehensive project management approach also encompasses financing, recruitment, case and challenge selection, student enlistment, and the meticulous pairing of students with suitable SME partners, all geared towards the successful execution of the program.

This program is specifically aimed at University directors, university administrative staff, teachers, and TTO/Incubator staff.

Advice

Once your Digital Workspace is operational, it becomes imperative to sustainably foster connections among stakeholders for the program's longevity. To establish a self-sustaining dynamic, a sequence of cycles and semesters under vigilant management is essential. Post-creation management is strongly advised and can be arranged.

Funding

We advocate allocating funding to support the program's management by Preneurz for a period of 1 to 3 years.

Language

The program is available in Dutch or English.

Duration

Set-up takes 6 months on average with personalized management from 1 to 3 years.
